subsequent Plan Year following the completion of the requirements of Section III, with respect to <br />those meeting the requirements at a future date. <br />2.12. "FRIBA" means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended. <br />2.13. "FMLA" means the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (29 USCS sect. 2601 et seq.). <br />2.14. "FMLA Leave" means a leave of absence that the Company is required to extend to an <br />Employee under the provisions of the FMLA. <br />2.15. "Health Reimbursement Account" or "HRA" means an individual fund allocation established <br />and funded by the Employer on behalf of each Employee which may be used to reimburse <br />Eligible Medical or Prescriptiori Expenses. <br />2.16. "Participant" means any Employee who has met the eligibility requirements set forth in <br />Section III. <br />2.17. "Plan Administrator" means the person appointed at the Company who has.the authority <br />and responsibility to manage and direct the operation and administration of the Plan. <br />2.18. "Plan Sponsor" means the Employer. <br />2.19. "Plan Year" means the annual accounting period of the Plan, which begins on January 1, <br />2017 and ends on December 31, 2017, with respect to the first Plan Year, and thereafter as long <br />as this Plan remains in effect, the period that begins on January 1, and ends on December 31. <br />2:20. "Service Organization" or "Third Party Administrator" means the organization retained by the <br />Plan Administrator to provide services relating to the administration of the Plan. <br />2.21. "Spouse" means an individual who is legally married to a Participant, but shall not include <br />an individual separated from the Participant under a legal separation decree. <br />2.22. "Uniformed Services" means the Armed Forces, the Army National Guard, and the Air <br />National Guard when engaged in active duty for training, inactive duty training, or full-time <br />National Guard duty, the commissioned corps of the Public Health Service, and any other <br />category of persons designated by the President of the United States in time of war or <br />emergency. <br />All other defined terms in this Plan shall have the meanings specified in the various Sections of <br />the Plan in which they appear. <br />Ma~eld Village HRA Plan 0117.doc 5 <br />
