Employees hired after January 1, 2011 will be entitled to no more than three <br />hundred twelve (312) hours for more than twenty-five (25) years of service. <br />Section 28.11. "Year of Employment" as used in this Section pertaining to vacation schedules <br />means years of employment with Mayfield Village only. However, any employee of Mayfield <br />Village who has been previously employed in a full-time capacity by the State of Ohio or any <br />of its political subdivisions, providing a letter of verification from the prior public employer is <br />submitted within the first (ls~ year of employment with the Village, is entitled to have such <br />prior service counted as years of employment for the purpose of computing vacation time <br />herein and shall be credited as such on January 1st after initial year of employment with the <br />Village. <br />ARTICLE 29 <br />II®SPITALIZATI®N AND MEDICAL C®VERAGE <br />Section 29.1. Effective January 1, 2017, the Village will offer to all eligible employees, a high <br />deductible medical plan, a dental plan and prescription drug benefits that include afully-funded <br />Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) limited to medical and prescription drug expenses <br />and a Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (MERP) option funded at 50% of the 2000/4000 <br />deductible amount. Effective January 1, 2018, the Village will offer to all eligible employees, a <br />high deductible medical plan, a dental plan and prescription drug benefits that include afully- <br />funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) limited to medical and prescription drug <br />expenses. <br />Section 29.2. It is understood and agreed that the Village will continue to utilize a "Health Care <br />Task Force" comprised of appropriate representatives of the Village administration and Village <br />employees, including representatives of the F.O.P., the I.A.F.F., and representatives from each <br />department. The Task Force will be expected to study the problems of health care and health <br />care cost containment and then formulate recommendations which will be considered by the <br />Village. <br />Section 29.3. Effective January 1, 2017, employees selecting the Metro Health Plan will pay, <br />through payroll deduction, a contribution equal to 5% of the premium. Employees selecting the <br />2000/4000 Medical Mutual Plan will pay, through payroll deduction, a contribution equal to 8% <br />of the premium. All employees receiving dental benefits will pay, through payroll deduction, a <br />contribution equal to 8% of the premium for the dental plan.
