Agreement between Mayfield Village and F.O.P Lodge 57 <br />ARTICLE 13 <br />RIJLLETINROARD SPACE <br />Section 13.1. The Employer agrees to provide exclusive bulletin board space in the Police <br />Deparhnent for use by the F.O.P. <br />Section 13.2. All F.O.P. notices of any kind posted on the bulletin board shall be signed, dated, <br />posted or removed by a F.O.P. official. <br />Section 13.3. F.O.P. notices related to the following matters may be posted without the necessity <br />of receiving the Employer's prior approval: <br />A. F.O.P. recreational and social affairs; <br />B. notice of F.O.P. meetings; <br />C. F.O.P. appointments; <br />D. notice of F.O.P. elections; <br />E. results of F.O.P. elections; <br />F. reports of non-political standing and independent non-political standing <br />committees and independent non-political arms of the F.O.P.; and <br />G. Non-political publications, rulings or policies of the F.O.P. <br />Section 13.4. Upon the request of the Employer's designee, the F.O.P. shall cause the immediate <br />removal of any material posted in violation of this Article. <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />W®RK R ULES <br />Section 14.1. The F.O.P. recognizes that the Employer has the right to promulgate work rules, <br />regulations, policies, and procedures, to regulate the personal conduct of employees, and the <br />conduct of the Employer's services and programs. This function shall be exercised in a manner <br />consistent with the terms of this Agreement subject to the rights of the employees and/or F.O.P. to <br />process grievances as provided for by this Agreement. <br />9 <br />
