Agreement between 14layfield Village and F.O.P. Lodge 57 <br />Section 36.2. If in the event any provision is so rendered invalid, upon written request of either <br />party hereto, the Employer and the F.O.P. shall meet within thirty (30) days for the purpose of <br />negotiating a satisfactory replacement for such provision. <br />Section 36.3. Any negotiated change must be reduced to writing and be signed by both parties to <br />be effective and incorporated into this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 37 <br />PREVAILING RIGI-IT,S <br />Section 37.1. All rights, privileges and working conditions enjoyed by the employees at the present <br />time which are not included in this Agreement shall remain unchanged unless by mutual consent <br />of both the Village and the F.O.P. . <br />ARTICLE 38 <br />®RLIGATI®N 7'® NEG®TIATE <br />Section 38.1. The Employer and the F.O.P. acknowledge that during negotiations which preceded <br />this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with <br />respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that <br />the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and <br />opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 39 <br />APPLICATION <br />Section 39.1. The Employer agrees that the provisions of this Agreement, along with all work rules <br />and other appropriate regulations, will be administered on a fair and non-discriminatory basis and <br />that such rules or regulation shall not be inconsistent with this Agreement. This Agreement <br />represents the entire agreement between the Employer and the F.O.P. <br />32 <br />
