(MELD) is pleased to submit this proposal for the addition of a new pool heater <br />room to be attached to the existing pool filter room located at Parkview Pool at 425 North Commons <br />Blvd. in Mayfield Village. This letter outlines our understanding of the scope of work and services <br />needed to provide you with a successful project. <br />Scope of Services <br />!t is our understanding that the scope of the project includes the addition of a masonry structure to <br />house the pool heater in a separate room from the filter room. We understand the replacement of all <br />existing filters and related plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are to be replaced in their <br />entirety and are to be included in our scope of services to the extent of describing the pool consultants <br />work and coordinating between all engineering trades. We have been provided by the Village with <br />the estimate for the replacement of the pool filters to be +/-$ ] 05,000. Based on this estimate, the <br />anticipated total construction cost for this project is $215,000 - $250,000. The recommended <br />services for this project are as follows: <br />Basic Services <br />We Typically approach renovation and addition services with a schedule that follows the flow of our <br />work: <br />A.
