2.6 Per the Village's Stormwatec Service Agreement, the Village shall waive all Village permitting requirements and other fees related to performance of.the Beecher's Brook Project. Z:7 . The Village shall assist the District to obtain any necessary property rights from private property owners to complete the Beecher's Brook Projecl. 2.8 The Village shall assist the District with public outreach and participate, as requested, in . public presentations. 2.9 The Village shall grant a permanent easement to the District for the District's Project. ARTICLE 3A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE 3.1 The construction schedule. shall be provided to the Village by the District once available. Work hours for any construction work shall be Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 A.M. io 6:00 P:M.
