2.6 Per the Village's Stormwatec Service Agreement, the Village shall waive all Village <br />permitting requirements and other fees related to performance of.the Beecher's Brook <br />Project. <br />Z:7 . The Village shall assist the District to obtain any necessary property rights from private <br />property owners to complete the Beecher's Brook Projecl. <br />2.8 The Village shall assist the District with public outreach and participate, as requested, in <br />. public presentations. <br />2.9 The Village shall grant a permanent easement to the District for the District's Project. <br />ARTICLE 3A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />3.1 The construction schedule. shall be provided to the Village by the District once available. <br />Work hours for any construction work shall be Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 A.M. <br />io 6:00 P:M.
