_ Minutes of.the Regular Meeting October 19, 1953 The Council met in regular meeting on October 19, 1953, at 8 otclock P. M. at the Village Hall, Mayor Gustav Swanson presiding. Roll Call: Present - Messrs Waltz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring, Oatess and Cass. . Absent - None. In the absence of the Clerk who was ill, Mr. Arnold M. Edelman, the Solicitor, wa.s appointed to act as Clerlc pro tem® The Minutes of the meeting of October 1st, 1953, were read. It was moved by Dr. V~Taltz, seconded by Mr.Scheuring, that the I~~Linutes be approved as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress,Scheuring,0atess & Cass Nays - None Pdotion Carried Minutes Approved The Minutes of the Special Meeting of October 3rd, 1953, were read. It was moved by Dr. ~Taltz, seconded by Mr. Endress, that said Minutes be approved as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. Nays - None® Motion Carried P,lLi.riutes Approved Mr, Sloan introduced Ordinance No. G.50 entitled: ~~An Emergency Ordinance Determiri.ng to Proceed with the Improvement of Bonnievietiv Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from SOM Center Road in an Easterly direction to the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road by 'the Construction of a water main and appurtenances therein~~, which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Endress, seconded by Dr. Waltz, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be 'read three times be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - ~r7altz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring,0atess & Cass. Nays - None _ Motion Carried Rules Suspended It was moved by N1r® Scheuring, seconded by Mr. Endress that Ordinance No® x.50 be passed as read.
