It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr. Scheuring, that a Special Meeting be held on November 5, 1953, at 8 o'clock P., M. for the purpose of passing upon bids of contractors for the installation of a water main in Bonnieview Road a.nd for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before Council. Roll Call: Ayes- 'Valtz, Sloan, Endress,Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. Nays - None. - I~iotion Carried Mr. Hecker. of F. A. Pease Engineering Company reported that the County Commissioners have agreed to furnish l~00 cubic yards of slag for Bonnieview Road, subject to the approval of the County Prosecutor's Office. Mrs. Cass introduced Resolution No. 235 entitled: "An Emergency Resolution Requesting the Fiscal Officer to Certify to Council her Conclusions as to the Estimated Life of the Improvements Proposed to be Constructed from the Proceeds of Bonds Proposed to be Executed, and Also to Certify the 1~Taximum I~faturity of Such Bonds in Accordance ~Rlith Revised Code, Section 133.21 and the It2aximum Maturity of the Note Issued in Anticipation of Such Bonds", which Resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Dr. ~,faltz, seconded by Mr. Endress, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read three times be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - ~~ialtz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring;0atess & Cass. 'Nays, - None. - D4otion Carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Dr.~'Naltz, that Resolution Ito. 235 be adopted as read. Roll Call: Ayes - V,(altz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring,0atess & Cass. Nays - None. Motion Carried Resolution Adopted There teas then filed the Certificate of the Clerk pursuant to Resolution No. 235. It was moved by Idr. Endress, seconded by Dr. uValtz, that said Certificate be received, filed and approved. Roll Call: Ayes - ti'laltz,Sloan,Endress, Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. Nays - None. Motion Carried Mr. Scheuring then introduced Ordinance No. x.51 entitled: "An Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of Alotes in Anticipation of the Levy of Special Assessments and in Anticipation of the Issue of Bonds in Anticipation of the Collection of Special Assessments for the Improvement of Bonnieview Road", which Ordinance wa,s read to Council. It was moved by T~Tr. Endress, seconded by Mrs. Cass, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be-read three times be suspended.
