It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr. Scheuring, that a <br />Special Meeting be held on November 5, 1953, at 8 o'clock P., M. for the <br />purpose of passing upon bids of contractors for the installation of a <br />water main in Bonnieview Road a.nd for the transaction of such other business <br />as may properly come before Council. <br />Roll Call: Ayes- 'Valtz, Sloan, Endress,Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. <br />Nays - None. - <br />I~iotion Carried <br />Mr. Hecker. of F. A. Pease Engineering Company reported that the <br />County Commissioners have agreed to furnish l~00 cubic yards of slag for <br />Bonnieview Road, subject to the approval of the County Prosecutor's Office. <br />Mrs. Cass introduced Resolution No. 235 entitled: "An Emergency <br />Resolution Requesting the Fiscal Officer to Certify to Council her <br />Conclusions as to the Estimated Life of the Improvements Proposed to be <br />Constructed from the Proceeds of Bonds Proposed to be Executed, and Also <br />to Certify the 1~Taximum I~faturity of Such Bonds in Accordance ~Rlith Revised <br />Code, Section 133.21 and the It2aximum Maturity of the Note Issued in <br />Anticipation of Such Bonds", which Resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Dr. ~,faltz, seconded by Mr. Endress, that the <br />rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read three times be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - ~~ialtz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring;0atess & Cass. <br />'Nays, - None. - <br />D4otion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Dr.~'Naltz, that Resolution <br />Ito. 235 be adopted as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - V,(altz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring,0atess & Cass. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />There teas then filed the Certificate of the Clerk pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 235. It was moved by Idr. Endress, seconded by Dr. uValtz, <br />that said Certificate be received, filed and approved. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - ti'laltz,Sloan,Endress, Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Scheuring then introduced Ordinance No. x.51 entitled: "An <br />Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of Alotes in Anticipation of the Levy <br />of Special Assessments and in Anticipation of the Issue of Bonds in <br />Anticipation of the Collection of Special Assessments for the Improvement <br />of Bonnieview Road", which Ordinance wa,s read to Council. <br />It was moved by T~Tr. Endress, seconded by Mrs. Cass, that the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be-read three times be suspended. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Waltz,Sloan,Endress,Scheuring,0atess & Cass, <br />Nays - None. motion Carr~.ed <br />Rules Suspended 2. <br />
