Motion Carried 0 rdinance Passed I~r. Fellner of the Redifer ]3us Company asked for permission to establish a bus terminal in the Village. He stated that the company has outgrown its present terminal in Mayfield Heights and is interested in establishing a building two or three times the size of the present building. The company is now obligated to keep approximately 11~. buses standing outdoors in all weather, which is bad for the: vehicles. It needs a building about 200 x 300 feet for a terminal and shop where the company can do its maintenance repair and painting worm. He enquired as to whether ar~y'one knew of a~~ i site. in the Village for such a building. ~ ' ' ~ . The compar~y would need a plot of land at least 500 feet square. Dr. Z~Val1~; stressed the advantage. of having a waiting room for,pass.engers.. Vari ous councilmen and residents asked questions and expressed their opinions as to the location of such a building. 1!l~s. Sloan, seconded by Dr. 's~altz, that all these requests of the East Ohio Gas Co. be approved subject to the consent of property owners on such streets as are not dedicated.
