The T~~ia.yor read a letter of inquiry regarding the status of a.ny <br />action of Council on the Regional Dwelling House Code. <br />The l~~ayor called attention of Council to certain newl~r enacted <br />Statutes of the State of Ohio, pertaining to such matters as the placing <br />of signs, advising motorists of radar and electrical time devices, <br />directional signals for automobiles and penalties for driving while <br />intoxicated. <br />It wa,s moved by Adr. Sloan, seconded by Nirs. Cass, that the Police <br />Department be authorized to~purchase the necessary signs regarding electric <br />timing devices to comply vrith the new state law. <br />Roll CaL1: Ayes - Waltz,Sloan,Endress,Scheuring,0atess g Cass. <br />Nays - -None. . <br />• ~ T~otion Carried <br />• Dr. Sowin presented a plat of a proposed Vdorton Park Subdivision. <br />He wa.s advised to present the plat first to~the Village Engineer and the <br />Planning Commission® <br />A discussion was had regarding the prohibitive cost of con- <br />structing roads to comply with-the present requirements. It was moved <br />by Dr. Waltz, seconded by T'JIr.
