The Mayor designated the Architectural Board of Review to carry

<br />Engineer, which. was-to be sent. to Fred Haddad, who has a contract with the
<br />Village for the. installation.of a water.main in.~orton Park Drive. The
<br />letter stated that Mr. Fred Haddad has. not complied..with the terms of his
<br />contract -with.:respect .to..the~,chlorinati:on•, of said.:water main, with the
<br />result that the residents of Norton Park Drive cannot make connectionsn:
<br />on the water main. The letter also stated that. the provisions of paragraph
<br />'~Kte of .the contract would, be. irrvoked•.,and the work>.necessary will be either
<br />done and charged.. to the balance due Fred Haddad on ,this ,contract or.; the •.
<br />Village of .Mayfield will call upon his-surety to complete- the construction.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Endress, and seconded by Mr. Beard, .that the

<br />pipe by the service _truck_of.the•,Village_of Mayfield while it was engaged
<br />in removing snow. from Bonni.eview Road.
<br />Mayor Hodgson requested the Clerk to notify the insurance company
<br />of said claim. ~ , ~ .
<br />:. ~ ~ .~ • Mr..Fdelman read .a letter. from the. insurance agency.of Edwin I.
<br />?nkley representative of the Aetna:assurance- Company, which was in response
<br />to an inquiry concerning the insurance and rates on the service truck.
<br />The letter ,,stated that the coverage on the. service truck ,could be increased
<br />from X10,000.00/ X20,000.00 to ~fi50,000/ X100,000 for liability for personal ,
<br />injury, and for property damage from X5,000,00 to X10-,000.00 at an annual
<br />increase of ~l$~028.. X50:00 deductible collision coverage would be X71.00
<br />per year. A X50.89 additional premium would include the above.~coverage
<br />on the present policy to November 3, 1951.
<br />It was moved by Mr.-Beard, and seconded by Mr. Oatess, that such
<br />increases be made in the insurance. coverage, and that the Clerk be
<br />authorized•~to effectuate such change.
