_5® <br />1 <br />Mayor Hodgson referred the matter to the Welfare Committee <br />composed of Mr. Swanson, Mr. ~'Vhiting and It4r. Oates. <br />Mr. Whiting asked Pair. Edelman to submit a list of the various <br />ways of solving the problem. <br />Mayor Hodgson stated that the Cuyahoga County Mayors' Association <br />had held a meeting to consider the matter of a water rate increase. Mayor <br />Hodgson stated that the proposed increase on the basis of a flat $1.b0 <br />increase would be most advantageous and economical to the Village of Mayfield. <br />It was moved bar Mr. Endress and seconded by P~x°. Whiting that the <br />Council adopt ~.nd approve the flat X1.60 increase in vaater rates. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Beard, ti'~'hiting, Oatess, Endress, Taylor <br />& Swanson. <br />ATays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />1 <br />1 <br />_ Resolution ATo. 2h5 was read to Council, thus completing the third <br />reading of said Resolution. <br />No Councilman wished--to move to pass Resolution No® 2~.5 and No <br />Councilman wishe~to second such motion. <br />NIr. H. G. Miller voiced his objections to the action of Council <br />and stated that he would still attempt to prevail in this matter. <br />Mr. Feldner of the Redifer Bus Co. stated to the Council that the <br />Redifer Bus Company was still interested in the ~`leisberg property on S.O.M. <br />Center Road, located approximately 1000 feet north of Highland Road and had <br />no knowledge of any misgivings on the part of Ntr. tiVeisberg in selling said <br />property. Mr. Feldner° also stated that the finances for the venture were <br />tied. in with whether Council will approve the necessary change in the Zoning <br />Ordinance to provide for such uses as the Redifer Bus Company will conduct <br />on the Weisberg Property® Mr. Oatess introduced 0~°dinance PTo. 469 entitled <br />"An Ordinance Amending Section 3 of Ordinance 1599 The Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Village of Mayfield, by Including Motor Bus Terminals, Motor Bus Garages <br />and Motor Bus Repair Shops as Class U 6 Uses", which was read to Council. <br />It .was moved by Mr. Swanson and .seconded by Ivir. Beard that the <br />_ required public hearing to change the Zoning Ordinance be held on ~PJednesday, <br />June 23, 195. at 8:00 P.W.. at the Village Hall. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
