Center Road from the Center Line of <br />tiVilson Mills Road Southerly to the South Corporation Line of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Ohio, by the Construction of a Water Main", which resolution was <br />read to Council® <br />It was moved b~ Mr. tiVhiting, seconded by Mr. Oatess that the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Beard,Whiting, Oatess, Endress, Taylor <br />& Swanson, <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />' Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Edelman stated that an advertisement regarding the assessments <br />will be placed in the Cleveland News and that an assessing ordinance:.-can be <br />passed at the next regular meeting of Council. <br />Mayor Hodgson brought up the matter of the acquisition by the <br />Village of Mayfield of Carrie Leslie's property located to the West°of the <br />Village Hall. Mayor Hodgson stated that Reverend Brown thought it would be <br />advantageous to give the purchase price to Carrie Leslie in installments <br />rather than in^a lump sum. <br />Mr. Edelman stated that the matter had been considered and the <br />purchase price being paid in installments was not practicable in an outright <br />purchase® <br />
