A member of the audience asked whether.. any provision had been made to dispose of waste water. Mr. Feldner stated that some sort ~of drair~.ng such as a stoma sewer would be installed. Mayor Hodgson advised that this hearing was called to detertaine whether or not a certain amendment should be_made to the Zoning ordinance. He stated that arty application,for..a special permit. to conduct such a business as is. proposed.. by th®, .8,edifer Bus ,Co.. Would have - to be presented. to the._ Zoning and .Planr,~3.ng .Commission, .and to. Council and would requa.re their approval at that time. Mr. Selman stated that the purpose of the proposed amendment was to put the purposes outlined above. in.the.same category with a street car barn. It would sti71, be. necessary ,for an applicant to f~.le -~an application for a permit with the Planning and: Zoning Commission... Then a public hearing, after 30 days notice .would be. required on the application for such a pex~.t. Then the approval of Council would subsequent~r be required on that application.
