Mr. Feldner, 'oy leave of P~ayor Hodgson, stated that he would <br />reassure the residents• of the Village of P~layfield that the representations <br />previously made on behalf of the Redifer Bus Compar~y remained the intents and <br />purposes•of the Redifer BusCompany in this matter. He also stated that the <br />Ohio Resources Board had reassured him that the tiva.ter table in the locality <br />would not be affected by the proposed uses to which the Wiseburg property <br />would be subjected. <br />Mayor 13odgson suggested, and. the Council agreed, that should the <br />matter of the, application of tYie Redifer Bus Company for a special permit <br />under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield be made, three persons <br />opposed to the reconsideration of proposed Ordinance No. X69, and three <br />people in favoi° of its reconsideration should be called to present their <br />arguments to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />• Mr. Whiting suggested that the Council was morally bound to have <br />another public hearing before reconsidering the vote on proposed Ordinance <br />I~1o. l~69. <br />• It was moved by N1r. Endress and seconded by Mr. Beard that <br />Ordinance No, i~69 be passed as reads <br />•.
