Swanson consented to the incorporation of the <br />foregoing amendment into said proposed ordinanceo <br />Mr. Hendershott stated that the developers considered an item in <br />section 9 of proposed ordinance No. x.68 to be objectionable, which item he <br />thereupon explained. <br />Mr. Tayylor pproposed .that the following change be made iri section 9 of <br />proposed Ordinance No. l~68 as follows: At the end of first sentence the Vaords <br />" athree-fourths vote of Council" should be changed to "an affirmative vote <br />of a majority of the members elected to Council." <br />Mr. Swanson; who introduced Ordinance No.,~.68, consented to the <br />incorporation of the foregoing amendment into the said proposed Ordinance. <br />Mr. •"Jdelman read two proposed amendments to proposed Orclinance <br />No. 168 entitled: "Section 10. Division S,ri.thout recording plat," and <br />!!Section 11. Penalties." <br />~~. Center Road, as indicated on drawing No. D-l~L~ <br />dated November 20, 1953, and revised July 30, 195.: plans covering the proposed <br />construction of gas main and service between the sidewalk and curb on the <br />South side of Norman Lane, East of Woodlane Drive, as indicated in red on <br />the print of drawing ldo. D-~77$, dated August 17, 195.. <br />It was moved by I~`Er. Endress and seconded by TZr.
