They were lengthy and technical and he suggested that Council <br />'meet informally at hip house on November 1, 19st~, and study these plans9 <br />then have an open meeting at the To~an.Hall on No~rember 9th, at which time <br />the County Engineer would be present to answer questions. <br />Council unanimously approved this suggestion and Nov~nber 9th was <br />chosen as the day for the open meeting. Mr. Swanson suggested that Mr. <br />Woodruff of Pease Engineering~alse be present. <br />Mayor Hodgson presented plans from the East Ohio Gas Co. for <br />approval, for the construction of a gas main on certain streets® <br />It was moped by ~Ir. Eradress,.seconded by Mr. Swanson, that the <br />plans for construction of a gas ~^tin between the sidewalk and curb on the <br />South Side of Thornapple Drive East of S.O.M. Nelson Porter to report <br />on the Fire Inspection Board Test, <br />Mr. porter reported that Mr. Glassmier of the Fire Inspection <br />Board started checking and listing our fire equipme~ at 5 o'clock on <br />the evening of October 7th. At this time, Mr. Porter mentioned the <br />number of .people holding up policies waiting in hopes of a lower <br />classification to Mr. Gla.ssmier and impressed him with the ar~ety of <br />the village for this inspection, ~ <br />
