1 <br />Roll Call: Ayes - T~7essrs S«anson,Strater,Taylor,~~Thiting,Beard & Oatess. <br />Nays -None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Imo, Taylor reported that he had taken inventory of the Cemetery's <br />safety deposit box and nothing was mis"sing. He reported that there was a <br />t~1,000.00 series C Bond of 12 year n~a.tuxity in the box which wotitld mature <br />in two years and have to be re-invested. ' <br />The Clerk then presented to Council a. bi11 from J. Gordon A'1cI~•y <br />for services ,performed in connection with i~rater legislation and assessment <br />figures. He pointed out that X100.00 of this bill was for re-figuring the <br />S.O.M. No..2 assessment due to a mistake by"the Village Engineer. <br />Tt was moved b~T Mr, Whiting, seconded by Mr. Oatess, that the Clerk <br />pay everything but the ~p100.00 and only one-half of an X85.00 charge far re- <br />figuring the assessment on Wi7_son Tills Road, which Nor.. M~I~ay stated he had <br />turned over to the Auditor, and the Auditor's office stating that no record <br />of this transaction could be traced in their office. <br />Roll Ca71: Ayes -Messrs Swanson,Strater,Taylor,Iahiting,Beard & <br />' Oatess. <br />I~?ays -None. Beard, that the <br />rules of laTfr requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions <br />be suspended. _ <br />Ro7?
