Strater suggested that sewer <br />.pipe be obtained and the open ditch on the East side of the Town Hall be <br />closed to erase a health menace, especially to the children of the near-by <br />school. _ <br />Improvements to the basement of the Toz~m Hall vrere also discussed, <br />such as re-tiriring and installing a new ceiling. It was brought out that <br />wp250.00 was available towards this job from some of our organizations. <br />The matter of ~ Storm ~^jindows for the Town Hall and new chairs for the <br />Council Chamber was also discussed. - , <br />It was moved by T`Zr. Strater, seconded by Nlr. Strater <br />said that he would attempt to do this. , <br />At this point a representative of the Ohio Be31 Telephone Co. <br />came in and invited the ViLage Officials to spend an evening looking over <br />the netir apparatus of the Telephone Co.
