After some discussion, it was moved by Mr. Oates, seconded by I~r, Taylor, that our Engineer prepare figures and estimates of cost on this improvement. Roll Call:. Oates then explained that, because our village was under c onstant expense frith certain of our streets, it had been decided to take one street at a time as money was available and improve them to do away with this expense.
