The Weiberg property was again considered and Mayor Endress stated
that ne had a call from Mr. 1`~a.rch a month ago stating that >.~f they could not
get permission to use this property they might consider a Court somewhere
else. Our
Engineer stated that our Police Chief should check on all the downspouts
connected into the sewer and issue trarrants to have them removed and thus
eliminate some of the surface water in the sewer. Mr. Wieland stated that
there were only two down spouts connected into this sewer whic:n tirere at
the lower end and would have no effect on flooded basements. The condition
of the manholes was discussed, but it was felt that any money spent to
rectify this situation would bewasted. Council took no action.
T~Ir.
