T~Ir. Taylor, seconded by 1'~ru Strater, then introduced ordinance No. 50~. <br />entitled: "An Ordinance to Levy Special Assessments for the Improvement of <br />Seneca Road~in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from SOM Center. Road in an <br />Easterly direction to the Westerly line of Beach dill Road", which ordinance <br />was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Beard, seconded by Mr. TnThiting, <br />that the rules of ].aw requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions be suspended. <br />Ro11.CaL1.: Ayes - P2essrs Swanson,Strater,Taylor,Whiting;Beard & Oatess. <br />_ Nays _ None. ~ _ ~ _ <br />_ Motion carried <br />Rules suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Strater, that Ordinance <br />No. 50~. be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call.: Ayes -Messrs Swanson,Strater,Taylor,Whiting,Beard ~C Oatess. <br />Plays - done. - <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance passed <br />Tom. Ed~Jman brought up the matter of selling additior_al bonds for the <br />village portion of future water mains. No action was taken by Council. <br />A letter from the Cuyahoga County Mayor's Association regarding the <br />formula for allocation of undivided local government funds was read to Council. <br />No action was taken on this matter. <br />` It was moti~d by Plr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Strater, that the <br />Village pay for two pairs of pants for Per.
