Mr. Robley then presented the final pans for the Robley Zane Development to Council. As these plans had not been approved by the Zoning and Planning Commission nor looked over by our engineer, Council was unable to do anything for Mr..Robley.~ Mayor Endress, hotaever; promised to get the Zoning and Planr~.ng Commission together as soon as humanly possible, and our engineer promised to give the plans his prompt attention. kith this and the assurance of a special council meeting to go over the plans, Mr. Robley left. 1~ir. Strater, seconded by Mr. Beard, then introduced Resolution No. 293 entitled, "A Resolution Estimating. the Ma~~mxm Amount of Active Deposits for the next two years "which resolution was read to Council, It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr, Strater, that the rules of law requiring a resolution.to be read on three separate. occasions be suspended.
