Tt was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Pir. Swanson, that the rules of <br />law requiring a Resolution to. be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Taylor, Strater, Oatess, Whiting and Swanson. <br />° - Nays -None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Strater, seconded by Mr. Oatess; that Resolution <br />No. 302 be approved and passed as read.~~ <br />Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Taylor, Strater, Oatess,T~71~iting and Swanson. <br />_ Nays.- done. <br />- Motion carried <br />Resolution passed <br />Mr. Oatess, seconded by Mr. Strater, then introduced Resolution No. <br />303 entitled: "An Emergency Resolution Requesting the Fiscal Officer to <br />Certify to Council hi.s Conclusions as to the Estimated Life -of the Improvements <br />Proposed-to be Constructed From the Proceeds of Bonds Proposed to be Executed <br />and Also to Certify the Maximum Maturity of Such Bands in Accordance ~~ith <br />Revised Code Section 133.21 and the Maximum Maturity of the Note Issued in <br />Anticipation of Such B®nds", which resolution was read to Council:. <br />It was moved by N1r., Taylor, seconded by Mr. Stz°ater, that the rules <br />of .law requiring a 'resolution.to be read on~,three separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />Ro11 Ca11: Ayes - l'Iessrs Taylor, Strater, Oatess, ~6'Jhi.ting and Swanson. <br />._... . -.
