Tt was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Pir. Swanson, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to. be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Motion carried Rules suspended It was moved by Mr. Strater, seconded by Mr. Oatess; that Resolution No. 302 be approved and passed as read.~~ Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Taylor, Strater, Oatess,T~71~iting and Swanson. _ Nays.- done. - Motion carried Resolution passed Mr. Oatess, seconded by Mr. Strater, then introduced Resolution No. 303 entitled: "An Emergency Resolution Requesting the Fiscal Officer to Certify to Council hi.s Conclusions as to the Estimated Life -of the Improvements Proposed-to be Constructed From the Proceeds of Bonds Proposed to be Executed and Also to Certify the Maximum Maturity of Such Bands in Accordance ~~ith Revised Code Section 133.21 and the Maximum Maturity of the Note Issued in Anticipation of Such B®nds", which resolution was read to Council:.
