" Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs ~,ranson,Strater,Taylor,Brown,Beard & Oatess. Nays - None. Motion carried Resolution passed Mayor Endress then read a letter from Mr. John J. Carney, County Auditor, requesting pictures of all new property up to January 1, 195b, for tax lien and appraisal purposes. This matter bias discussed at considerable length by Council as our building commission had no means of taking such pictures and council felt that it would be advantageous to have such in the hands of Mr. Carney. Mr. Strater; seconded by Mr. Oatess, then introduced Resolution No. 312 entitled: "A Resolution Authorizing the Taking of Photo- graphs of Buildings Constructed in the Village of Mayfield during the Year 1955", which resolution z,ras read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by ~Zr. Strater, that the rules of law.requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Edelman reported that we had received a check from the Society of Savings for ~579.1~b to pay up •the water assessments on 6917°Wilson Mills Road. He stated that as tl~.s would have to include all the interest and as these figures were received from Mr. Hoffineyer in the Auditor's Office, he assumod they were correct, but would chec~C. It would therefore be necessary to have a resolution to accept this into the Bond Retirement Fund. Mr. Strater, seconded by Mr. Beard, then introduced Resolution No. 313 entitled 11A Resolution to Cancel the Installments of the Water Main Assessment for the Tax Years 1956 to 1962, both inclusive, on CerL•ain Premises of Francis H. and Betty B. Shaw abutting Wilson I~i11s Road", which resolution bras-read to. Council. It was moved by Mr. Beard; seconded by Mr. Strater, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occ~s ions be suspended. Roll.
