Fisher, stating that the <br />paving~.storm seders and water on Thornapple Drive had been completed and asked <br />that this street be dedicated. Mr. Fisher stated that it was imperative to <br />obtain village facilities on this street and~as, he had put money in escrow <br />in lieu of, a bond, he vrould like to have the street dedicated so this could <br />be released for payment to his contractors. Our Engineer pointed out that <br />adcording to our ordinance; this street could not be dedicated for six months <br />after pavement had been completed. ' <br />'Mr, Zorn then presented Council with an easement for installation <br />and maintenance of water on Metro Park Drive, which was looked over by our <br />Solicitor ~,nd found to be in good form. Mr. Zorn then presented plans for <br />this construction approved by the Z"rater Department and.our pillage Engineer. <br />Mr. Strater, seconded by Nkr. Taylor, then introduced Resolution No. 311., <br />entitled, "A Resolution Approving Easement for the Installation and Maintenance <br />of a Water T`~a.in in Metro Park Drive, an Undedicated Street", which resolution <br />was read to Council. It was moved by I"~r. Taylor, seconded by ~Tr.
