1 Minutes of the Regular I~Zeeting held September 19, 1949. The Council of tho Villago of I~fiayfiold met in the Tos~rn Hall in regular, meeting on the 19th day of September, 1949, at 8:00 o'clock P. M., T~Jlayor Gustav Swanson presidingo Roll call: 'Present -Messrs Franz, Hardmaa,~ioan, Cass and Heiss. Absent - Mr® Zir~gloma+~• The Minutes of the regular meeting held Augus•b 15, 1949, were read to the Council. After correcting the amount paid for the resuscitator to read X614.00, it eras moved by Mr. Heiss, seconded by T~rs® Cass, that, the minutes be approved as read. Ro11 call: Ayes -Messrs Franz, Hardman,, Sloan, Cass &Heiss® Nays -None® Motion carried Minutes approved Mayor Svranson thQn took up the matter of changing the zoning ordinaaace by Ordinance PTo. 327, and advised Council that, after due and careful consideration, the zoning committee found it necessary to take . 30 days for consideration of the matter before renderiiag a decisiori® At this point Ordinance No. 327 was given its second reading. A request from the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Compatay to allow tho Frod L. Nelson Co. to cut down and trim trees on the South side of Wilson T~i11s a'nd Seneca Roads eras read to the Council. It was moved by I~r. Hardman, seconded by 3~dr. Fralaz, that this permission be granted, subject to property owners consent® Roll call Ayes -Messrs Fratzz,Hardman,Sloan,Cass 8c Heiss. . Nays ®None. Motion carried Permission Grautede mother request fr~i the East Ohio Gas Co, was read to Council, This request asked approval of plans covering the proposed construction of gas main and service between the sidewalk and curb on the East sido of Lander Road from Ridgebury B1vd® North, It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Hardman, that permission be granted for this construction, as indicated on the map submitted with the request. Roll call: Ayes - ~Iessrs Fran,z,Hardman,Sloan,Cass & Heiss. Nays - IJone. Motion carried Pe~nission Granted.
