Franz,Harcbna,n,Sloan,Cass €~ Heiss. <br />Nays -None. _ - . <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance passed. <br />Jean Havis then asked Council what they vrere _going to do <br />about the road, used by the County to get to the filter beds, which <br />had been built across his front yard. He said that the County refusod <br />to do anything about it because it was not a county road. Mr. Edelman <br />was then authorized to talk to Mr. John Curry, one of tho Cow.zty <br />Commissioners and, if necessary,, to_bring the matter before the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />Mr. Sloan then asked why we did not spread our business <br />aroand the village, saying that he noticed a big inequality in the <br />bills that wero introduced for payment. There was considerable discussion <br />between Council and members of the Audience but no action taken. <br />Fire Chief Porter then asked b2ayor Swanson to appoint Mr. <br />Kenneth Hillier as a member of tho Mayfield Village Pire Department. <br />Mayor Swanson then made this appointment. It was molted by <br />Mr. HardmaxtD seconded by I~r.
