Mayor Swanson then read a request from the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co., asking permission to remove nine poles and one anchor in the ISorth sido of Ridgebury Boulevard, west of Orchard Heights Drive, ~d to install three poles and .one anchor and trim necessary trees, all in the TTorth side of Glenview Road, East of S.O.M. Center Road. It was moved by u7r. Franz, seconded by I~lr. Heiss, that this pezsnission be granted, subject to property owners consent. A request from the County was then read asking permission to clear sroVr and ice from Lander Road, this having been omitted in a --- former request by the County.
