The Clerk advised that on <br />May 17th9 1951, he had recei ved information from tho Chief of Police <br />indicating that the required notice to property owners had been served <br />upon all but 14 of the individuals vrho are to be so notif`ied® Ho added <br />that the Chief vrill attempt to complete service on five of those remai~aing <br />and the balance will be served by publication. <br />B I <br />4. <br />
