i Mr. Edelman read a letter from the City bf Cleveland regarding the residential rates on city water usag®. The Mayox° reported on the progress of the Civil Defense Movement in the Cleveland area. - `The Mayor read a letter stating the various items of cost that can be charged for on traffic violation court cases. No action was thken to increase the present court costs. ~. .. _.
