<br />apparently not going to expand the Richmond Road Airport. The Army will
<br />not accept this site as a training center,

<br />for Furnishing Extra Items Required in the Construction of a Water Main in
<br />S.O,M. Center Road from Wilson Mills Road Northerly Approximately 420 feet,"
<br />which Ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Endress, seconded_
<br />by Mrs.. _C ass, that the rules of lativ requiring an Ordinance to be read on

<br />Mr. Gallimore entered the m®eting® There have been bills
<br />presented to the Village for the Construotion of the Water ?wins on S.O.Mo
<br />Center Roaci~and Wilson..~ills Road. Since the necessary amount is not
<br />available in the Water Main Construction Funds for Wilson Mills Road,
<br />Section 1, and for S.O,M. Center Road, Section 1, at this time, it was
<br />moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded by Mr. Endress, that the monies be borrowed
<br />from the Water Main Improvement Fund, Equipment, Building Construction and
<br />Maintenance Fund, and, if necessary, the Special Ass®ssm®nt Bond Retirement
<br />Fund, to be replaced as soon as the bonds are sold, and the loan from the
<br />bank is received.
