It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr. Oatess, that the rules of lavr requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call; Ayes -Messrs. 1'daltz, Sloan, Scheuring, Cass and Oatess. Nays - R1one. Motion Carried. Rules Suspended. It was moved by Mr. Scheuring, seconded by Mrs. Cass, that Ordina~e No. 1+07 be passed as read. Roll Call; Ayes -Messrs. Waltz, Sloan, Scheuring, Cass and Qatess. A?ays -None. Motion Carried. Ordinance Passed. At this point, Dr. V4'altz, left the meeting. A discussion followed regarding certain changes which ~rrere proposed by the Zoning and Planning Board. It was moved by Mr. Oatess, seconded by Mrs. Cass, that the Mayor call a meeting in the near future of the Zoning and Planning Board and the Architectural Board, together with the It~iembers of Council, to consider proposed changes in the building and zoning laws of the Village. Roll Ca11; Ayes -Messrs. Sloan, Scheuring, Cass and Oatess. Nays -None. Motion Carried. Mayor Svvanson appointed Mr. Harry Corlett e.s a Member of the Architectural Board of Review to fill the vacancy left by the death of Mr. Tay L. Lewis. Tl~ s term expires December 31, 151+.
