It was moved by Mr. Scheuring, seconded by Mr. Oatess, that Resolution No. 201 be. passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress,Scheuring, Cass & Oatess. Nays - Nonce Motion Carried Resolution Passed Mr. Ede7aan read, for further use if necessary, a blank petition for construction of a water main in SOM Center Road, from Wilson M;ll4 Road North to Thornapple Drive. A representative for Mr. Weisberg asked preliminary information regarding water and sewage facilities for the property of Mr. Weisberg on SOM Center Road. They are considering the possibility of constructing a Catholic Girls School. The recommendation of the. Planning and Zoning Committee to increase the minimum front footage. and .area of all future lot developments, requires an amendment to~Ordinance No. 218. This requires a public hearing, notice of which must be posted 30 days in advance. Mr. Sloan introduced Ordinance No. l~08 entitled: 11An Ordinance Amending Paragraph (2) of Section 13 of Ordinance No. 159, as Amended by Ordinance No. 2l~8, Regarding ~j,ninn~m Area and Pr°ontage in Class A-1 Districts" which was-given its first reading. Mr. Oatess moved that the Public Hearing be set for July 21, 1952, at 7:30 Po M. at the Town Ha11. Mr. Endress seconded the motion. Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz,. Sloan, Scheuring, Endress, Cass & Oatess. Motion Carried Mrs. Cass introduced Ordinance No. x.09 entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Section 13-1 (e) ®f Ordinance No. 86., The Building Code, by Requiring Plot Plans Submitted to the Architectural Board of Review to Show Location of Garages and Driveways't, which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded by Mr. Oatess, that the rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
