It was moved by Dr, Waltz, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law requiring Resolution.No. 209 to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Motion Carried Resolution Passed Mr. Edelman read an Ordinance from the East Ohio Gas Compar~p, which has been sent to .all municipalities regarding the increase in rates. Mr. Sloan introduced Ordinance No. li.l.3, entitled: ~~An Ordi.nance Regulating and Fixing the Price at_which the East Ohio Gas Co., its successors and assigns, shall be required to furnish Natural Gas to The Village of Mayfield, Ohio, and its~Tnhabitants", which Ordinance was read to Council. Nays - None. .Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Edelman. read a letter from the Auditor of Cuyahoga County re. certain Sales Tax Monies which are to be allocated to the municipalities in accordance with their need. Each municipality showing a need may have a representative present with a written presentation. Mrs. Cass moved that Mr. Edelman appear before the County Budget Colmnission on behalf of the Village.
