Arnold Edelman, a <br />Notary ,Public. <br />Mr. Edelman reported that the Ohio Municipal Leage had sent i.ri an <br />.Ordinance to~be passed for membership, and an invoice of ~~10.00 for a <br />year's membership. , <br />Council felt it was not necessary for the Village to join the League <br />at this time. <br />The matter of the extras appearing on the Curro Construction Company <br />invoice for Wilson RS~.lls Road was again brought up. , <br />Council did not wish to take any action on this, so Ordinance No. <br />l~23 was given its second reading. <br />The Clerk presented to Council the Budget Report, and the Appro- <br />priation Ordinance for 1953, n <br />Ordinance No. 129 entitled: "An Ordinance to Make Appropriations for <br />Current and Other Expenses of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, During the <br />Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 1953" was introduced by Mr. Endress, which <br />Ordinance was read to Council® <br />It was moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded by Mrs, Cass, that the rules <br />of law requiring an Ordinance to be read or_ three separate occasions be <br />suspended, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress' Scheuring, Cass & Oatess. <br />Nays - None.
