Mayer Swanson read a.commur~cation from Civil Defense Headquarters <br />stating that Mayfield Village share for--the year 1953 will. be X70.00. The <br />Mayor referred this matter to. the Finance..Committee.for recommendation. <br />Mayor Swanson read a letter~from,the Aldridge Insurance Service stating <br />that the Owners9 Landlord., Tennants Policy will expire on March 29th. The <br />rene~ral premium for this. insurance..wil.l be ~~.1.55. <br />It was moved by Mrs. Cass,°seconded by ~. End,ress, that the OLT <br />Insurance Policy be renewed. ~ ~~ <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Waltz, Endress, Scheuring, Cass & Oatess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />l~r. Edelman brought,.up-the matter of the extras appearing on the Curro <br />Construction Company invoice for- Wilson Mills Road.. Ordinance No. l~23, entitled: <br />~-An Ordinance Authorizing. the .Mayor and. the Clerk-on Behalf.. of the. Village of <br />Mayfield to Enter_ into. a -Coritract..wi.th The.. Curro-Construction Company for <br />Payment for Furnishing Certain ..Extra. Items. Required for the Construction of a <br />Water Main~in Wilson-Mills Road from the Westerly.
