Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Scheuring, Cass.& Oatess. Nays -None. Motion Carried Ordinance Passed. Mayor Swanson read a letter from Mr. C..E. D~arcum, Wilson Adi].7.s Road, regarding a reduction in insurance rates. resulting from the install- ation- of the water line in~ the ~ Village. It was explained •that-.there can. be. no reduction in insurance rates until the Village, is equipped with a low pressure: pumper,_and at the present time there are not available funds for. this expensive piece'of equipment. The Clerk was asked to write to llQr. Marcum informing him of this situation. _. Mr. Edelman. reported....that the costs for the. Wilson. Mills Road, and the S.O..M.. Road Water .Main,. Sec. #l,.should.be approved by an assessment board. This..board-. should. be .composed:.of,.:three..disinterested persons (i.e. people not owrLi.ng: property..on. either...of ,these~.:two.~mains.), but property owners in the Village. The. .purpose. of.ahe board is-: to. figure the, total cost of the mains, and to allocate accordingly.. Thr.ee.of the citizens present, Mr. Jesse Fisher, Mr. John. De Haan, .and Mr. Willard Gunzelman, were asked to .serve on this board. Their.. acceptance was confirmed by resolution.
