Nays -None, Motion Carried • Resolution Passed The matter of the State Highway.Depaxatment requesting a contribution from the Village toward the resurfacing,, of S..O.M. Road from. Wilson ~4i].ls Road to White Road was again brought. up. Mr...Edelmari reported that the Village is not legally bound to contribute,_but that it is the general practise now for Villages to pay for the relayi,ng.of the monument boxes. The amount necessary for this would be. .80.00 Dr. Waltz, introduced Ordinance No. l~32.entitled.: t~An Ordinance to Contribute Toward the Cost of Re-Surfacing SOM Center Road", which Ordinance was. read to~Council.
