Council questioned the cost of relocating this roadway. The other two side streets were made for far less than,the quoted estimate of $7,300.00. Council also questioned>the possibility of putting the water main on the south side of Bonnieview,'thus eliminating this additional expense of changing the road bed. Mr. Vdieland was asked to report at the next regular meeting the approximate cost of .the other two side streetsa NIr. Sloan stated that the Bonnieview road bed was changed some years agog when the sewer was put down the street. Instead of putting the road back over the sewer, it was gradually filled and slagged to the north of the original bed by the County. It was moved by NIr. Sloan, seconded by L~1rs. Cass, that the Clerk write a letter to the County Commissioners, giving the history of the road, and perhaps the County would help defray the expense of changing the road back to its original bed, and that Mr. Edelman, as Solicitor, be authorized to appear at a meeting of the Commissioners for this purposes Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring, Cass & Oatess. It was moved by Mr® Endress, seconded by I~r. Oatess, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
