Mayor's Traffic Court Report <br />r. to Apr. 20, 9 3 <br />There were 19 traffic violations handled and <br />the amount of ~2I~0. L!.0 were collected. There <br />are 9 cases pending, <br />Gustav Swanson, Mayor <br />Fire Department Report <br />ar. to pr. 2 , 3 <br />Pdar. 21 - 2:x.5 P.P~. - Field Fire - 10 men responded <br />Apr. 2 - 10:30 A. M. - Oil Truck Fire - P1lutual Aid call to <br />Gates It~Lills - 4 men responded. <br />Apr. ~. - 10:30 A. h+i.- Resuscitator Call - 1 man & Police <br />Nelson Porter, Fire Chief <br />TJrr: Sloan reported that South Euclid has a lotiv-pressure pumper which can <br />be purchased for a very nominal amount. Free Chief Porter adv:i.sed Council <br />that he had also heard about the piunper, but that it was 1~Oa long, had <br />2 ~rheel brakes, doesn't steer, and it would cost from X1,000.00 - X1,500.00 <br />to fix it up. The pumper has been up for bids, and they have received <br />some very lotiv bids for it. The matter was referred to the Safety Committee <br />for investigation and recommendation. <br />The T•~iayor gave the tax-rate breakdown for general information: <br />State ~ .03 <br />Chanty ~, .32 <br />Schools 1.99 <br />Village .86 <br /> 3.2~ <br />Mir. tidie].and stated tYiere was a party building on Bonnieview who wanted to <br />install aseptic tank. This matter is apparently not up to the Village, <br />but is a matter of the County Board of Health ruling, and a permit would <br />have to be issued by the County Board of Health.' <br />Mr. Gallimo re entered the meeting. <br />The percentages for the north extension of the S.O.r~4. Road water main was <br />established at 88q for the property owner, and 12~ villa.ge portion. <br />T~S°. Waltz introduced Resolution No. 217, entitled: " A Resolution Declaring <br />the Necessity to Improve S0~! Center Road in the Village of Ifiayfield, Ohio' <br />Starting at the North End of the Existing ~Nater Main Now Located in SOrJ! <br />Center. Road and Extending Northerly About 1801. feet, but to the South <br />Line of a 22 Acre Parcel of Land Now or Formerly Owned by Jessie H. Worts, <br />Being Approximately 2257 Feet North from the Center Line of uR'ilson f~~Zills <br />Road, by the Construction of a Water Plain", which Resolution was read <br />to Council. <br />1~. <br />
