1 Mrs. Cass i ntroduce~l Ordnance- No. x.39 entitled: !'An Ordinance Exempting 100 Feet of the Property on the Southeast Corner of ;Nilson P~i.11s Road and S.O.T2. Center Road and Exempting 100 Feet of the Property on the Southwest Corner of VVilson I~,~i11s Road and SOM Center Road from the Assessment for the Improvement of 5.0.14. Center Road from the Center Line of Nilson 1~Zills Road to the South Corporation Line of Mayfield Village by the Construction of a Water Main Therein", which Ordinance was read to Council® It was moved by Mr. Endress, seconded by T~4r. Scheuring, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes -Waltz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring,Cass &_ Oatess. Nays - None. Motion Carried Rules Suspended ~It was moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded by Mr. Endress, that Ordinance No. l~39 be passed as read.- Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring, Cass ~ Oatess. Nays - None. Motion Carried Ordinance Passed It was moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded by Mr. Scheuring, that a special meeting of Council be held at the Village Ha1_L on Monday, June 22nd, 1953, at. 8:30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of passing legislation for the issue of bonds in anticipation of .the collection of special assessments for water mains installed in Wilson Mills Road and in 5.0.11. Center Road to the Board~of Education property,.for the purpose of .any other legislation incident thereto for the purpose of discussing the proposed new uniform Regional Building Code and for the transaction o~ any other business that may be brought before .the meeting. Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan,Endress,Scheuring,Cass a Oatess. Nays - None. Motion Carried Mr..Endress introduced Resolution No. 219 entitled: "A Resolution Declaring the Necessity to Improve V~Iorton Park Drive in-the Village of Pliayfield, Ohio, from Wilson Mills Road to the End of the Dedicated Street, Which is 1315.60 Feet from the South. Line ofTVVilson Mills Road, by the Construction of a Water Plain", which resolution was read to Council® It was moved by Dr. VV~altz, seconded by Mrs. Cass, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to b~ read on three separate occasions be suspended.
