It was moved by Mr. Scheuring, seconded by Tvlr. Endress, that Resolution No. 219 be passed-as read. Roll Call: Ayes -Waltz, ~Sloan,Endress,Scheuring,Cass &.Oatess. - Nays-.None. - Resolution Passed A letter was read from Pease Engineering Company showing that the owners of less than the required 75% of the property abutting Seneca Road had signed the petition for construction of a water main. Several persons present raised the question that some of the persons listed as not signing the petition do not own any property~on Seneca Road. IUtr. Edelman was directed to have Pease Engineering Co.~re-check .the Petition. R~r® Endress introduced Ordinance No, l~1.~0 entitled: 'tAn Ordinance to Enter Into a Contract with the City off' University Heights for Radio Broadcasting Service foz• Two Years Corrunencing June 1, 1953", which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr. Endress, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions 'oe suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - 'Naltz,Sloan,Endress,Scheuring,Cass & Oatess. Nays - None. Motion Carried Rules Suspended. Sloan, seconded by Dr. Waltz, that with the deletion of Voucher No. 3561 ( for cost of photographing service truck involved in accident) and with the addition .of the Firemen~s Payroll, and a bill for 922.95 for slag, and a telephone bill of :2.10, Pay Ordinance No. 359-P be passed as read.
