Cass, seconded by Dr, Waltz,.that the rules of law requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate-occasions was suspended. <br />Roll call: Ayes - 'Na1tz,Sloan,Endress,Scheuring,Cass & Oatess. <br />Nays- None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />,It was moved by ~Ir.
