The Clerk, Dorothy Lewis. Gibb, read a. communication, certifying the estimated life of the improvement and maximum maturity of bonds proposed to be issued pursuant to Resolution No. 2~7. It was moved by Mr. Endress, seconded by Mr. Scheuring, to accept and file the letter of certification of the Clerk. Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress, Scheuring & Oatess. Nays -None. Motion carried. Mr. Scheuring introduced Ordinance No. 4l~7 entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance Providing for the Issue of a Note by the Village of Mayfield in Anticipation of the Issue of Bonds for the, Purpose of Improving SOM Center Road, Starting at the North End of the Existing Water Main Now Located in SOM Center Road and Extending Northerly about, 1801. Feet, But to the South Line of a 22 Acre Parcel of Land Nawr or Formerly Owned. by Jessie H. Worts, Being Approximately 2257 Feet North from the Center Line of Wilson Mills Road by the Installation of a Water Main and Appurtenances Therein, and Improving Worton~Park Drive From Wilson Mi.71s Road to the End of the Dedicated Street Which is 1315.60 Feet from the South Line of Wilson Mills Road by the Installation of a Water ~bain and Appurtenances Therein, and Declaring the Necessity of the Issuance of Bonds in the Village of I1~Iayfield for Such Purposes", which Ordinance was read to Council. Mr. Endress introduced Resolution No. 228 entitled: "A Resolution Declaring the Necessity.to Improve Seneca Road. in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, From SOM CENTER ROAD in an Easterly Direction to the Westerly Line of Beech Hill Road by the Construction of a Water Main"~ which Resolution -was read to Council. It was moved by Dr. Waltz, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to b e read on three separate occasionsebe suspended® Roll Call: Ayes - Waltz, Sloan, Endress~ Scheuring, Oatess.
