Ca7.l: Present ? Messrs Zorng Wedler.,Strater'Brrnm,Grootegaed & Hopkins <br />Absent - Nonee <br />The Minutes of the Regul.ar Meeting of ApriZ 20' 1959, were then read to <br />Counail. It was moved by Mr. Strater, seconsled b9 Mr. Wedler, that the Minutes <br />of the Regul,ar meet,ing be approved as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedl.er9Strat,er'Brcwm'Grootegoed & Aopkins, <br />iiays - None, . <br />Motion carri.ed <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mayor Endress then asked for a- report from the Finance Coarm?ittee. The <br />Finance Committee said they had nothing to report on the possibility of -obtaining <br />the Ravine for a Rubbish Dump. <br />Orclinance No. 657 "An Ordinance to Amend Sections 72 (a) and 72 (b) of <br />Ordinance No. 309, the Traffic Ordinance, relating to placing and dropping of <br />substanaes on Hightaays, Lanes, Roads, Streets and Alleys" previously plaeed on <br />its first readinga was again read to Council by MY°. Ed.elman. It was then <br />moved by Mr. Strater, seconded by Mr. xopki.ns, that the ru].es of law requiring <br />an ordinanee to.be read on three.separ'ate occasions be suspended, <br />ftoll Call: Ayes -Messrs Zorn.,Wedler9S trater'Brown,Groo°tegoed & Hopkins. <br />Nays - None. <br />' Motion carried <br />Rul.es Suspended . It was then moved by Mr. Hoplti.ns, seconded by Mr. Zorn, that <br />the rules of law requi.ring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasiors <br />be suspencled. <br />?-.
