he had seen muddy water there long before Robley Lane and Ravine Drive were <br />constructed. Mr. Peterson said he thought this was a private matter, and to <br />the best of his lrnowledge, there had beeri no diversion. Mr. Edelman said that <br />he did not have a firm opinion at this time; that it might be we1l to have a <br />committee of Council,meet with these people ard talk it over. <br />Mayor Erg3.ress then read a letter fram the Ohio Municipal League and <br />another from Ivir. Peterson on his inspection of Ntetro Park Drives Mr. Peterson <br />had inspectzd Metro Park Drive and found that the existing road is generally <br />in good condition.- He had recommend.ed'to Mre Zorn that he level the road bed <br />somewhat with a course of B-119 slag and, after properly and thoroughly <br />compacted, add T-35 surface course of m3zed asphalt to complete the road. <br />Niinor work has yet to be elone on ditches, but it was Mr. Petersonf s opinion <br />that the road would be ready for acceptance when the above mentioned work was <br />complete. <br />Mr. S trater said that the. onl,y thing we had on record on this road was <br />a request from Couricil to have Mro Peterson inspect and bring back his <br />recommendations. Mr-.
