The <br />Kenwood people now wished to put in a cement paving with curbs. Mr. Reed said <br />that they were presenting these plans as the final plans. They were also sub- <br />mitting a bond to cover the paving. Mr. Mann, their attorney, then reviewed the <br />situation with Council. TYIr. Mann said they were submitting a bond to cover the <br />paving and the only thing left to do i;o cover our requirements was to submit a <br />bond for the underground improvement,s,, Mr. Mann said that this was in the process <br />of being prepared and included the Village as an obligee and would be submitted <br />shortlyo Mr. Mann hoped that par-t5 oi' the -bond on the underground would be re- <br />leased as the wox°k progresses. <br />Mr. Hopkins, seconded by P-4rs. Brown, then introduced Resolution No. 453 <br />entitled, 'lA Resol.ution Approving for Record the Final Plan of Kerwood Gardens <br />Subdivision No. 2A'I which Resolu-tion was read to Council. <br />It was moved by 'Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mre Grootegood, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Ro11 Call,: Ayes - Messrs. Strater, seconded by Mro Hopkins9 then introduced Resolution Noe 454 <br />entitled, "A Resolution Approving the Type of Pavement to be Installed on the <br />Stree•ts in Keriwood Gardens Subdivision No. 2A'I, which Resolution Vaas read to <br />Council. <br />It t-Tas moved by Mr. Hopkins, seconded by Mro Zorn, that the rules of law <br />requiring a resol.ution to be read on three separate occasions be auspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
