<br />Mrs. Brown, reporting for the Architectural Board, said that they had
<br />approved eight plans. Mrs. Brown then r_eported that, as a11 the residents
<br />along ti!ilson Mills were appealing the County Settlenent, the Cemetery should 1
<br />stick with them. i+4rs. Brown said that she was hesitant to get the Board in
<br />any litigation, but that they had appealed and put up two hundred dollars.
<br />Mrs. Brown said that, when the County was notified, they said that this would
<br />immediately reduce the offered settlement from $1,095.00 to $750.00. Mrse
<br />Brown then called Mr. Edelman, who told her to go right ahead. ,
<br />Mr. Bennett, reporting for the Building Committee, said that they had a
<br />meeting on h?arch 26, 1960, to consider the leaky rocf at the Town Hall;_that
<br />Mr. Belzer had suggested the Bartlett Roofing Company and they had gone ahead
<br />and fixed the roof and that the bill would be $140.00e

<br />Chief Shortle would like a new map of the adjoining ,municipalities, so that, in
<br />case of emergency, he would know where some of the new streets were located.
