11 <br />-was asked to get the original estimates firom the Pease Engineering for Mre <br />Peterson. Mr. Peterson talked of running a road with curbing and draining the <br />water f rom the road into ditches and said that a Eair job at a f air price could <br />be done in this nianner and that $7.00 a front f oot would be a minimum, Ridgebury <br />Boulevard was brought up at this time, but no oae had any additional inf ormation <br />on thi:s-road. Mr. Peterson•said that a rough estimate would run around $200.00 <br />and it was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by r4rs. Brown, that our Engineer be <br />authorized to secure a rough estimate on the Worton Park area for not more than <br />-$200. 00. . . <br />Ro11.Ca11: Ayes - Niessrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Niotion carried <br />Mr. Edelman then reported ttiat he hacl a checlc f rom the County f or the <br />sale 'of? Village frontage for the widening of Wilson Mills Road for $4570. 00, <br />Mayor Endress asked that'this' not be put in the General.Fund, but used to pay <br />off the- I,es1ie Mortgage and the balance tied up for the improvement of Wilson <br />Mills Road. <br />Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mrs. Brown, then introduced Ordinance No. 701, <br />entitled: "An Ordinance Directing the Disposition of Funds in the Amount of <br />$4570.00 Received f rom the County of Cuyahoga and Establishing a Fund f or the <br />Cost of Moving Utilities' in Connection With the Wiclening of flighways in the <br />Village of May£ield Ohio°', which ordinance was read to Council. <br />`,It was moved by Mr. Grootegoed9 seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that Ordinance <br />No. 701 be approved and passed as read. <br />Ro11 Ca11: Ayes - Messrs <br />Nays - None-. <br />Zorn,Wedler,Berinett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer, <br />' Mot'ion carried <br />' -!_=-Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Zorn, seconded•by Mr. Wedler, then introduced Ordinance No. 702 <br />entitlea: "An Ordinance to Zevy Special Assess*ments for the Improvement of <br />Seneca Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from SOM Center Road in an Easterly <br />Direction to the Westerly I,ine of Beech Hill Road by Grading, Ditching and Paving <br />with Asphaltic Materials",-which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by rir. Grootegoed, that the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />3.
